jetBlue wanted to expand their fleet triple-fold without becoming "jetBig."


We realized they already had the best thing any brand could wish for, amazing word-of-mouth, and we decided to give their legions of fans an enormous megaphone to spread the good news.


We invented an LED covered automated video-recording studio booth that traveled the country collecting customer stories. We then turned those stories over to animators to make TV commercial magic. The booth's LED lights would then project those spots, becoming a collection device as well as media platform.


We also turned their amazing customer service line into Cannes gold winning radio spots.


Profits surged, they got tons of new routes and never lost that "jetBlue feeling."
